The Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Co-operative Management (VAMNICOM), Pune, a National Institute under the National Council for Cooperative Training, Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, has invited online applications for direct recruitment to faculty positions.

Vacancy Details

Of the nine vacancies, one vacancy across the three positions is reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), subject to applicable Government of India rules.

Relevant Fields/Specialisations

Applications are invited from eligible candidates in relevant areas, including:

• Information Technology

• Marketing Management

• Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour

• General Management, including Production Management and Operations Research

Essential Eligibility

Professor

• Master’s degree with at least 60% marks in a relevant field

• PhD in the concerned, allied or relevant discipline

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Associate Professor in a reputed university or research institution

• Minimum eight eligible research publications

• Maximum age: 50 years

Associate Professor

• Master’s degree with at least 60% marks in a relevant field

• PhD in the concerned, allied or relevant discipline

• Minimum six years of teaching experience at the Assistant Professor/Deputy Director level

• Minimum six eligible research publications

• Maximum age: 50 years

Assistant Professor

• Master’s degree with at least 60% marks in a relevant field

• PhD from a top-rated university or research institution

• One to three years of teaching experience

• Minimum four eligible research publications

• Maximum age: 40 years
