The Sustainable Finance Review invites theoretical, empirical, and policy-oriented contributions for a Special Issue examining the intersection of innovation, sustainable finance, financial inclusion, ESG governance, and resilient economic development.
About the Special Issue
The global financial landscape is being reshaped by technological disruption, climate change, geopolitical instability, and growing demands for social equity. In this environment, sustainable finance and innovation are becoming central mechanisms for supporting long-term growth, strengthening economic resilience, and reducing inequalities.
This Special Issue seeks to integrate research on financial innovation, sustainability, and inclusive development, areas that are often examined separately. It particularly encourages studies exploring how technologies such as FinTech, blockchain, artificial intelligence, big data, tokenisation, and digital platforms can support sustainable finance and broaden access to financial resources.
The issue also examines how ESG-driven governance, regulatory frameworks, green finance instruments, and financial inclusion can contribute to sustainable and resilient economic systems across both developed and emerging economies.
