The National Institute of Technology Warangal (NIT Warangal) invites applications for a Postdoctoral (PostDoc) position in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering for a research project on “Security Analysis of Software Systems.” The position is temporary and involves research and product development in software security and related areas.

About the Opportunity

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at NIT Warangal is recruiting a PostDoc to work on the project “Security Analysis of Software Systems.”

The selected candidate will contribute to research and product development activities involving software engineering, program analysis and software security.

Essential Qualification

Candidates must have:

• Ph.D. degree awarded or thesis submitted in Computer Science and Engineering or related streams.

The advertisement notes that the committee may apply higher shortlisting criteria depending on the number of applications and may offer a lower position and emoluments if the minimum number of experience requirements is not met.

Desirable Qualification

Applications are required to be in the Computer Science and Engineering domain and may also be from allied departments.

Emoluments

INR 70,000 per month

HRA/accommodation will be provided as per Institute rules.

Maximum Age: 35 years

Appointment Duration

The PostDoc appointment is for one year.
