Programme Overview

Leadership and coaching are critical success factors for startups operating in volatile and resource-constrained environments. This Six-Day Advanced MDP (Residential) is designed to help startup founders, managers, and aspiring entrepreneurs build adaptive leadership capabilities, emotional intelligence, and coaching skills to drive sustainable growth.

The programme blends theoretical insights with hands-on applications, including real-world case discussions, peer learning, and experiential exercises.
