Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad (MNNIT Allahabad) invites applications from Indian nationals for one Project Associate-I position on a contractual basis under a research project in the Department of Applied Mechanics.

Position Overview

About the Project

The selected candidate will work on the research project titled “Prediction of Projectile Trajectory and Velocity in 2D through Machine Learning and Computer Vision.”

The position is purely temporary and will be governed by the funding agency rules and service conditions of research and consultancy activities at MNNIT Allahabad.

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess either of the following:

Option 1:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Electronics and Communication Engineering

• Electronics Engineering

• Biomedical Engineering

• Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Civil Engineering

• Or allied branches relevant to the nature of the project

OR

Option 2:

• M.Tech/M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Electronics and Communication Engineering

• Electronics Engineering

• Biomedical Engineering

• Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Civil Engineering

• Fluids Engineering / Fluid Engineering

• Machine Design / Design Engineering

• Or allied branches relevant to the project

Desirable Qualification

• GATE-qualified candidates may be given preference.

Fellowship

INR 40,000 per month

The fellowship is consolidated and will be governed by the applicable funding agency norms.

Appointment Duration

The appointment is initially for 09 months.

The position is purely temporary and will be governed by the funding agency rules and MNNIT Allahabad's applicable research-project service conditions.

Age Limit

As per Funding Agency norms.
