About the Special Issue
Logistique & Management invites submissions for a Special Issue on "Hétérodoxie logistique : explorer des chemins de traverse" (Heterodox Logistics: Exploring Alternative Pathways).
This Special Issue encourages scholars to move beyond conventional logistics and supply chain management perspectives by exploring overlooked, unconventional, and critical dimensions of logistics. It seeks interdisciplinary research that challenges dominant performance-driven and technicist approaches, examining logistics as a social, political, historical, and cultural phenomenon.
The issue welcomes original theoretical, empirical, and methodological contributions investigating informal economies, illicit networks, humanitarian logistics, military logistics, colonial infrastructures, crisis governance, alternative supply chains, and other non-traditional logistics systems that offer fresh perspectives on coordination, resilience, governance, and power.
