Knowledge Management Research & Practice invites submissions for its Special Issue on "Knowledge Management despite Resource and Institutional Limitations: Advancing Innovation, Resilience, and Organizational Learning."

This Special Issue explores how knowledge management (KM) enables organizations to innovate, strengthen resilience, and enhance organizational learning despite operating under resource constraints, institutional weaknesses, financial limitations, technological disruptions, or uncertain environments. The issue welcomes context-sensitive research from underrepresented regions and organizations, including SMEs, NGOs, family businesses, and organizations operating in challenging environments.

Researchers are invited to contribute conceptual, empirical, comparative, methodological, and practice-oriented studies that advance the understanding of knowledge management as a strategic capability for organizational development in constrained contexts.

• The Special Issue welcomes conceptual papers, literature reviews, empirical studies, comparative and cross-country research, theory-building papers, methodological contributions, and practice-oriented studies.

• Manuscripts should follow the Knowledge Management Research & Practice author guidelines.

• All submissions will undergo the journal's peer-review process.
