1. Assistant/Associate Professor of Management/Strategy

The Bang College of Business invites applications for one full-time Assistant/Associate Professor of Management/Strategy position.

The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, research, and academic service across undergraduate and graduate programmes.

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate Management courses.

• Teach within Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, and Ph.D. programmes.

• Maintain an active research programme.

• Contribute to departmental and university service.

• Maintain AACSB Scholarly Academic qualification.

• Publish, on average, at least one Scopus Q1–Q2 journal article per year.

• Participate in the continued academic development of the Bang College of Business.

Preferred Teaching Areas

Preference will be given to candidates able to teach:

• Organizational Behavior

• Strategy

• Entrepreneurship

• International Business

Qualifications

Applicants should:

• Hold an earned doctorate in Management from an AACSB- or EQUIS-accredited institution, and/or currently work as faculty in such an accredited school.

• Demonstrate a consistent record of quality publications in:

  • SSCI journals

  • ABDC / ABS-listed journals

  • Scopus Q1–Q2 journals

• Recent doctoral graduates should demonstrate strong potential to publish in these outlets.

Candidates with sustained high-quality publication records may be eligible for a teaching-load reduction.

The successful candidate will teach Accounting courses across undergraduate and graduate programmes while contributing to research and institutional service.

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate Accounting courses.

• Contribute to Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, and Ph.D. programmes.

• Maintain a productive scholarly research agenda.

• Participate in academic and institutional service.

• Maintain AACSB Scholarly Academic qualification.

• Publish approximately one Scopus Q1–Q2 journal article per year.

Preferred Teaching Areas

Preference will be given to candidates who can also teach:

• Sustainability and ESG Reporting

• Artificial Intelligence and Automation in Accounting

• Digital Auditing

• IT Auditing

Qualifications
