Project Title: A Rapid and Sensitive Electrochemical Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification Based device for Point-of-Care Leptospira Detection in One Health Applications (One eLAMP).
Duration of the Project: Up to 22.02.2029
Fellowship & Remuneration
Consolidated Pay-slab: INR. 56,000/- per month
House Rent Allowance (HRA): + 30% HRA on the base consolidated amount.
Note: Salary for retired or superannuated government employees will be fixed according to prevailing IRD norms.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
Degree: PhD in Electrochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Research Track Record: A strong publication record specifically in electrochemical biosensing.
Desirable Experience
Experience in wearable or point-of-care biosensing devices.
Familiarity with flexible electronics, embedded systems, and microfluidic/lab-on-chip platforms.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in experimental design and troubleshooting.
Effective scientific writing and communication skills.
Relaxations
A 5% relaxation of marks may be granted to SC/ST candidates.
