Essential Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/University.

Experience Required

Applicants should have:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in planning, execution, supervision, maintenance, and project management of civil construction works.

• Experience in Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Government Autonomous Bodies, or large private organizations.

• Worked at the level of Executive Engineer/Superintending Engineer or an equivalent position in Pay Level 11/12 or above at the time of retirement.

Desirable Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates having:

• Professional certification and proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.

• Experience in managing institutional, residential, academic, infrastructure, and maintenance projects.

• Sound knowledge of CPWD/PWD norms, contract management, tendering procedures, and relevant statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will contribute to:

• Planning and execution of campus infrastructure projects.

• Monitoring construction, maintenance, and renovation works.

• Project scheduling, supervision, and quality assurance.

• Contract administration and tender management.

• Coordination with contractors, consultants, and institute authorities.

• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards and statutory requirements.
