Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU), Amarkantak, is inviting applications for the position of Research Assistant for a Major Research Project titled "Traditional Leaders in Vth Schedule Areas and their Impact on Rural Local Bodies".

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST) in Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, Tribal Studies, Political Science, History, Ancient Indian History Culture and Archeology, Psychology, or Economics.

• Desirable: Experience in research projects and proficiency in SPSS.

• Additional Criteria: Candidates with Ph.D., M.Phil., NET, or JRF qualifications are preferred.
