Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Teaching postgraduate courses in Commerce and Management.

• Coordinating and developing academic programmes.

• Conducting high-quality research and scholarly activities.

• Supervising research scholars and postgraduate students.

• Contributing to curriculum design and academic innovation.

• Supporting institutional development and academic administration.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates should meet any one of the following eligibility criteria:

Option 1 – Academic Track

• Ph.D. with First Class Master's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a relevant management discipline.

• Consistently good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the Master's degree or a two-year full-time PGDM recognized by AICTE/UGC.

Option 2 – Professional Qualification Track

• First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Works Accountant (CMA), or Company Secretary (CS).

• Ph.D. or Fellow of an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) or an AICTE-recognized institute declared equivalent by AIU.

• Minimum 10 years of teaching, industry, research, or professional experience, with at least five years at the level of Reader/Associate Professor or equivalent.

Option 3 – Industry Professionals

Industry candidates should possess:

• Consistently good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the Master's degree or equivalent PGDM.

• Significant professional and managerial experience in the relevant field, as prescribed by the university.

• Publications in reputed journals.

• Experience in curriculum development and academic leadership.
