Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Teaching postgraduate courses in Commerce and Management.

• Developing and coordinating academic programmes.

• Conducting high-quality research and publishing in reputed journals.

• Supervising student projects and dissertations.

• Contributing to curriculum development and institutional academic activities.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates should satisfy the following criteria:

Academic Track

• Ph.D. with minimum 55% marks in a Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

• Consistently good academic record with First Class (or equivalent grade) in the Master's degree or a two-year full-time PGDM from an AICTE/UGC-recognized institution.

• Candidates with at least two years of teaching experience (excluding the period spent obtaining the Ph.D.) will be preferred.

• Minimum two SCI publications in refereed journals.

Desirable Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Teaching, research, industrial, or professional experience in a reputed organization.

• Research papers presented at conferences.

• Publications in refereed journals, books, technical reports, patents filed or granted.

Industry Professional Track

Candidates from industry should possess:

• A consistently good academic record with First Class (or equivalent grade) in a Master's degree in Business Management/Administration or equivalent PGDM recognized by AICTE/UGC.

• Minimum 10 years of professional managerial experience in the relevant industry.
