Position Overview

About the Opportunity

The School of Life Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) invites applications from highly motivated and eligible candidates for one Senior Research Fellow (SRF) position under the research project titled:

“Specific Strategies to Target Amyloidogenesis through Natural Compound-Based Nano Formulations”

The position is purely temporary and will continue up to the end of the project, subject to satisfactory performance.

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• M.Sc. in:

  • Life Sciences

  • Biotechnology

  • Any Biological Science or related discipline

• Valid NET qualification

• Minimum 2 years of research experience

Desirable Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:

• Protein characterization

• Protein aggregation studies

• Cell culture

• Structural bioinformatics

Experience Required

Candidates must have at least:

2 years of research experience

Prior hands-on experience in protein biology, amyloid aggregation, cell culture, or structural bioinformatics will be preferred.
