Navigating Grand Challenges: Management, Policy and Innovation for Sustainable Growth

The 20th ISDSI Global Conference 2026 will be hosted by the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Hyderabad, from 26–29 December 2026. The Doctoral Colloquium will be held on 26 December 2026.

The conference will bring together academicians, research scholars, practitioners, policymakers and industry leaders to examine how management, policy and innovation can help address contemporary global challenges and contribute to resilient, inclusive and sustainable growth.

About the Conference Theme

Climate change, technological disruption, geopolitical uncertainty and widening socioeconomic inequalities are creating unprecedented challenges for organisations and governments.

Addressing these interconnected issues requires integrated approaches combining strategic management, evidence-based policymaking and transformative innovation. The conference invites multidisciplinary and methodologically diverse research connecting organisations, markets and institutions with the Sustainable Development Goals and the broader people–planet–prosperity agenda.

Call for Abstracts and Papers

Academicians, doctoral scholars, practitioners and researchers are invited to submit an extended abstract of up to 200 words, excluding keywords and references, or a full research paper.

Submissions are invited from all areas of management, including Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Strategy.

Submit Your Abstract or Paper

Submissions received from registered authors by 30 September 2026 will be included in a Book of Abstracts with an ISBN. Full papers submitted by the deadline may also be considered for publication in associated journals, subject to their quality standards and review processes.
