The Indian Institute of Technology Mandi (IIT Mandi) invites applications from Indian nationals for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position under an Aeronautics Research & Development Board (AR&DB) funded research project. The appointment is temporary and project-based.

Position Overview

About the Project

The selected JRF will work on the research project titled:

“Design, analysis and development of photostrictive composite actuator.”

The project is funded by the Aeronautics Research & Development Board (AR&DB).

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

M.Tech./M.S. degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering

Fellowship

INR 37,000 per month + HRA as applicable

Appointment Duration

The project duration is 36 months, with the project scheduled to end on 01 August 2028.
