Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:

• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Sciences

• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences

• Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences

• Master’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences

• BVSc

• B.Pharm

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology

• Degree in Medicine

• Equivalent qualification from a recognised University

In addition, candidates should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in Research & Development in:

  • Industrial institutions

  • Academic institutions

  • Science & Technology organisations

  • Scientific activities and services

Fellowship / Salary

For Candidates Qualified Through National-Level Examinations

INR 42,000 per month + HRA

Applicable to candidates selected through:

• CSIR-UGC NET

• GATE

• Selection processes conducted through national-level examinations by Central Government Departments and their agencies/institutions

For Other Eligible Candidates

INR 33,000 per month + HRA

This applies to candidates who do not fall under the above national-level examination category.
