Position Overview

Project Title

“Low Overhead MBIST for Embedded Memories in SoCs”

The project is supported under the RESPOND Programme of ISRO, Department of Space, and focuses on advanced research in VLSI design, testing, embedded memories and System-on-Chip (SoC) technologies.

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Duration

The appointment will initially be for one year.

It may be extended depending on the candidate's performance and project requirements. The position is co-terminus with the project.

2. Senior Project Associate (SPA)

Duration

The appointment will initially be for one year.

It may be extended depending on performance and project requirements. The position is co-terminus with the project.

• Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST)
