OR

• M.Tech/M.Sc. in the above disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, industrial projects, or technology development.

OR

• PhD in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including management of research-driven technology projects.

Skills and Experience Required

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably involving R&D or industrial projects, industrial process development, pilot plant development, or technology demonstration.

Relevant experience includes:

• Project planning and execution

• Procurement and vendor coordination

• Budget monitoring

• Technical reporting and documentation

• Technology development and demonstration

• Industrial process development

Candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in these activities will be preferred.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are also required.

Software Skills

Applicants should have:

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Familiarity with Aspen Plus, MATLAB, or COMSOL

• Experience with equivalent engineering software

Project management experience involving technology commercialisation, intellectual property management, technology transfer, or coordination of pilot-scale industrial projects is also relevant.

Salary and Benefits

The total amount is calculated from the advertised pay and HRA rate.

Appointment Duration

The appointment is for 11 months under the specified research project.
