The position offers a monthly remuneration of ₹50,000–₹90,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

About the Opportunity

The Centre for Creative Learning at IIT Gandhinagar is inviting applications from candidates with a strong background in Mathematics and an interest in innovative STEM education.

The position focuses on designing engaging, hands-on mathematics learning experiences for students, particularly those studying in Grades 8–12.

The selected candidate will contribute to the development of educational resources, interactive activities, and learning modules that promote mathematical understanding through experimentation and inquiry-based learning.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience requirements:

Option 1:

• M.Sc. in Mathematics or B.Tech./B.E. in a Mathematics-related engineering or technical field.

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.

OR

Option 2:

• B.Sc. with Mathematics as a subject.

• Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience.

Minimum Academic Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from graduation onwards.

• Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in Class 10 and Class 12.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

The Centre for Creative Learning is looking for a self-driven and creative Mathematics educator interested in school STEM education through hands-on and inquiry-based learning.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience teaching Mathematics to students in Grades 8–12, including TGT, PGT, CBSE, IB, IGCSE, ICSE, and State Board settings.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

• Professional fluency in spoken and written English.

• Good digital documentation skills.

• Experience designing and conducting hands-on educational activities.

• At least one year of experience writing textbook chapters or developing learning modules for Grades 8–12.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Project Associate II will contribute to mathematics education and resource development at the Centre for Creative Learning.
