Overview of Role

The selected candidate will work as a Project Associate-I with the Center for Creative Learning at IIT Gandhinagar.

The role particularly requires experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities

Relevant experience should include activities such as:

• Preparation of job advertisements

• Candidate sourcing through online recruitment platforms and professional networks

• Resume screening and candidate shortlisting

• Interview scheduling and coordination

• Candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Offer management and onboarding documentation

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

Essential Qualification:

• B.Sc. / BCA / B.Com. / BA or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.

• Out of the total experience, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Academic Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade/CGPA from Graduation onwards

• Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in Class 10 and Class 12

Remuneration

Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: INR 45,000 to INR 80,000 per month

The final remuneration will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Duration of Appointment

The appointment will initially be for a period of 1 year.
