• Hindi fluency is mandatory

• Local geographical knowledge is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaison with Gram Panchayats and contractors

• Monitoring field progress

• Community mobilization

3. Project Staff – Agriculture

Remuneration: INR 20,000 – INR 32,000 per month

Educational Qualification

• Degree or Diploma in:

  • Agriculture

  • Horticulture

  • Forestry

  • Related domain

Required Skills & Experience

• Large-scale tree plantation

• Agronomy

• Plant disease evaluation

• Pest control

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervising nursery development

• High-density planting

• Grafting

• Monitoring sapling survival

• Nutrient management

All three categories of Project Staff offer a consolidated monthly remuneration in the range of:
