About the Opportunity

The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) invites applications from eligible candidates for one contractual research position in the Strategic Management Area under the supervision of Prof. Dhirendra Mani Shukla.

Depending on the candidate’s qualifications and research experience, the appointment may be made at one of the following levels:

1. Senior Research Associate

2. Research Associate ‘A’

3. Research Associate ‘B’

4. Senior Research Assistant

1. Senior Research Associate

Essential Qualification

• Ph.D. degree

• Minimum 3 years of post-Ph.D. research experience

2. Research Associate ‘A’

Essential Qualification

• Ph.D. degree

• Minimum 2 years of post-Ph.D. research experience

3. Research Associate ‘B’

Essential Qualification

• Ph.D. degree

4. Senior Research Assistant

Essential Qualification

• Postgraduate degree

• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience

Academic Requirements

Candidates should possess an excellent academic record with First Class performance throughout.

Relevant postgraduate disciplines include:

• Management

• Entrepreneurship

• Social Sciences

• Related disciplines

The postgraduate qualification should be from a reputed institute or university and completed through regular mode.

Preferred Profile

Candidates should preferably have:

• Academic qualifications in Management or a relevant field

• Strong research competence

• Relevant subject expertise

• Demonstrated ability to undertake academic and research-oriented assignments

• Appropriate research experience corresponding to the position applied for

Remuneration

Remuneration will be determined based on:

• Candidate’s qualifications

• Relevant experience

• Position offered

The final compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
