The position is purely contractual and involves management of enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, data centers, endpoint systems, virtualization platforms, storage, cloud environments, and cybersecurity operations.

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• B.Tech./B.E.

OR

• M.Tech./M.E./MCA or equivalent

in:

• Computer Science

• Information Technology

• Electronics

The qualification should be obtained through regular mode from a reputed institute/university with a minimum of 60% marks.

Desirable Qualification

Relevant professional certifications will be advantageous. The advertisement lists certifications such as:

• Backup and recovery solutions

• Endpoint management platforms such as MDM / UEM

• Endpoint security tools including antivirus, encryption, and EDR

• Cloud services such as Azure, AWS, and GCP

• Hybrid IT environments

• Cybersecurity practices including patching, hardening, access control, and compliance

• Hardware, operating system, application, and network troubleshooting

Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python is preferred.

Remuneration

The selected Junior Manager will receive:

• Consolidated Emoluments: INR 60,000 per month

• Fixed HRA: INR 10,620 per month

• Total: INR 70,620 per month

Appointment Duration

The initial contractual appointment will be for:

1 Year

The engagement may be extended on a year-to-year basis for a further 3 years, subject to:

• Satisfactory performance

• Requirements of the Institute

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 40 years

The age will be calculated as on the last date for receipt of applications.

Nature of Appointment

• Non-Faculty position

• Purely contractual

• IT infrastructure and systems-management role

• Initially for 1 year

• Extension subject to performance and institutional requirements
