Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow), Noida Campus invites applications from eligible Indian nationals for the position of Manager (CDS) on a contractual basis.

Position Overview

About the Opportunity

IIM Lucknow is recruiting a Manager (CDS) for its Noida Campus. The appointment is purely contractual, initially for one year, extendable on a year-to-year basis for a further three years, subject to satisfactory performance and the requirements of the institute.

The engagement may therefore continue for a maximum period of four years.

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Postgraduate degree / MBA from a reputed institute or university.

• Qualification obtained in regular mode.

• Minimum 60% marks.

Experience Required

• 5 years of relevant experience

• At least 2 years in a managerial capacity

Preference will be given to candidates with prior similar experience in:

• Academic institutions

• Sales

• Marketing

• Other relevant services

Desired Skills & Experience

Preference will be given to candidates having:

• Higher qualification with relevant work experience in an academic institute or organization of repute

• Good command over written and oral communication skills in English

• Conversance with computers

• Proficiency in the latest versions of MS Office functions

Salary / Remuneration

Consolidated Monthly Emoluments: INR 92,000
Fixed HRA: INR 15,930
Total: INR 1,07,930 per month

Age Limit

Not exceeding 45 years, reckoned as on the last date of receipt of applications.

Nature & Duration of Appointment

• Appointment is purely contractual.

• Initial appointment period: One year

• May be extended on a year-to-year basis for a further three years.

• Extension will depend on satisfactory performance and the institute's requirements.

• Maximum possible engagement: Four years
