The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and management of the assigned project, including coordination with field teams, stakeholders, and other functional groups.

The position is intended exclusively for execution of the project and does not confer any right to regular appointment, absorption, or continuation at IIM Indore.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Ph.D.

OR

• Postgraduate Degree in:

  • Engineering

  • Management

  • Related discipline

Applicants should also possess relevant project management experience.

Experience Required

Candidates should have:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience

• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and/or Government projects

• Cross-functional leadership experience

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities

Candidates with demonstrated experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering large projects within prescribed timelines will be particularly suitable.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing end-to-end execution of project objectives

• Coordinating field teams

• Managing cross-functional activities

• Monitoring implementation progress

• Ensuring timely completion of project milestones

• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders

• Ensuring timely delivery of project outputs

• Preparing and overseeing project reports

• Supporting overall project lifecycle management

Duration of Appointment

The appointment will be for:

7 Months

The tenure covers the full project lifecycle.

The position is:

• Purely temporary

• Contractual

• Project-specific

• Co-terminus with the project

The engagement will not provide any claim for regular employment or absorption at IIM Indore.
