Overview of Role

IIMA's Executive Education Programmes include a portfolio of more than 200 programmes, including customised programmes designed in consultation with organisations as well as open-enrolment programmes.

The selected Associate Vice President will work closely with IIMA faculty and corporate stakeholders to facilitate the design and delivery of open-enrolment and customised executive education programmes across different sectors and themes.

Key Responsibilities & Programme Scope

• Leading the Executive Education team to deliver an exceptional experience for executive education clients.

• Improving standard operating procedures and enhancing programme delivery systems.

• Guiding marketing and programme delivery teams across Executive Education initiatives.

• Engaging with CXOs, CHROs and L&D heads to understand organisational capability-building requirements.

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients and partner organisations.

• Assessing learning needs across different sectors.

• Facilitating two-way knowledge exchange between IIMA and relevant stakeholders.

• Targeting appropriate audiences through networking events, roadshows, digital outreach and social media promotions.

• Working with IIMA faculty members to design and develop innovative executive education programmes.

• Developing and executing annual plans for both open-enrolment and customised programmes.

• Managing programme planning, revenues, expenses, manpower requirements and infrastructure requirements.

• Coordinating faculty involvement, programme facilities and learning materials.

Corporate & Institutional Engagement

The Associate Vice President will play a key role in strengthening IIMA's engagement with:

• Corporate organisations
