About the Position

IIIT Bhopal is seeking a Training and Placement Officer to support its training, placement, industry engagement, and career-development activities.

The position is offered on a contractual basis.

Essential Qualification

Candidates must possess either:

• Two-year PG Degree in Management (MBA)

OR

• PG Diploma (PGDM/PGDBM) in Human Resources or related disciplines such as:

  • Marketing

  • HRM

  • Corporate Communication

  • Other related areas

Desirable Qualification & Experience

Candidates should preferably possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) / B.Sc. (IT/ECE/IT/ECE and allied areas) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution

• At least 3 years of working experience in Training & Placement Cell of a reputed academic institution

Candidates having CGPA/SGPA or another grading system are required to submit a valid percentage conversion certificate issued by the concerned University/Institution, as stated in the advertisement.
