About the Opportunity

The Junior Research Assistant will work on a CSTUP-funded research project at the Department of Management Studies, IIIT Allahabad.

The project focuses on the application of AI-enabled approaches to smart waste and effluent management in industrial clusters in Prayagraj, with an emphasis on improving environmental safety and workers' quality of work life.

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech. in IT/CS/EC, or

• M.Sc. in CS/IT/EC, or

• M.Tech. in IT/CS/EC, or

• An equivalent degree.

Candidates must have First Class in the relevant graduate/postgraduate examination, as prescribed under CSTUP eligibility requirements.

Note: M.Tech. candidates are covered under the sanctioned JRA head, subject to applicable CSTUP eligibility requirements.

Appointment Duration

The project duration is three years.

The initial appointment will be for up to one year and may be extended based on:

• Satisfactory performance

• Availability of funds

• Continuation of the project

• Applicable CSTUP/Institute norms
