Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Regional Centre Nagpur, invites applications for the engagement of Administrative Associates (Full-Time) on a purely contractual basis.

Position Overview

About the Opportunity

IGNOU Regional Centre, Nagpur, is recruiting Administrative Associates to support its administrative operations.

The selected candidates will be engaged on a purely contractual basis, initially for six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and institutional requirements.

Essential Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or organization.

• Minimum 2 years of experience.

• Working knowledge of MS Office.

Experience Required

Applicants must have at least two years of experience, along with knowledge of MS Office.

Remuneration

The selected candidates will receive:

• Monthly Consolidated Remuneration: INR 30,000

• Annual Equivalent: INR 3,60,000 (calculated for 12 months)

5. Intellectual property rights relating to university data and proceedings will remain with IGNOU.

6. Administrative Associates must not act as representatives of the university or provide opinions or advice to others regarding matters handled during their assignment.

Selection Process

Candidates may be shortlisted based on their educational qualifications and experience.

Shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview as determined by the university.
