ICON 2027: 2nd International Conference at LM Thapar School of Management

LM Thapar School of Management (LMTSM), Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, will host its 2nd International Conference, ICON 2027, from 25 to 27 February 2027 at its Dera Bassi campus in Punjab. The University of Malta is the conference’s academic partner.

The theme, “Managing Business Disruptions: Innovation, Intelligence, and Impact,” invites academics, research scholars, industry experts and policymakers to examine how organisations can respond to technological change and wider shifts in the business environment.

Research tracks

The conference will also include a Doctoral Colloquium, offering research scholars an opportunity to receive feedback on their work, and an Ideathon for MBA students and research scholars. Other highlights include pre-conference events, keynote speakers, a best paper award in each track, and journal publication opportunities.

Submission and key dates

Authors are invited to submit an anonymous extended abstract of up to 2,000 words, including references and appendix. Selected abstracts will be invited for full-paper submission. Conference paper submissions must be made through the Microsoft CMT portal linked on the conference website.
