The EuroMed Journal of Business invites submissions for a Special Issue exploring how artificial intelligence and related digital technologies are reshaping organizational strategy, strategic transformation, knowledge dynamics, leadership, sustainability, decision-making, and long-term value creation.
About the Special Issue
Artificial intelligence is moving beyond its traditional role as an operational technology and increasingly influencing the foundations of organizational strategy. AI-enabled transformation affects how organizations create and transfer knowledge, coordinate innovation, design governance mechanisms, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop sustainable competitive positions.
This Special Issue seeks to integrate research streams that are often examined separately, including AI-driven digital transformation, strategic leadership, sustainability, knowledge transfer, entrepreneurship, institutional dynamics, innovation ecosystems, and decision sciences. Contributions should help explain how organizations navigate strategic change while connecting organizational-level practices with wider institutional and ecosystem dynamics.
