About the Opportunity

The Central University of Haryana invites applications for multiple temporary research positions under an ICSSR-sponsored Collaborative Research Project titled:

“Informal Livelihoods under PM-SVA Nidhi: Gig Economy Engagement and Economic Resilience for Viksit Bharat @2047”

A total of 07 positions are available across Research Assistant, Field Investigator, and Casual Research Staff categories.

1. Research Assistant

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Postgraduate degree in any Social Science discipline

• Minimum 55% marks

Desirable Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates having:

• NET

• M.Phil.

• Ph.D.

2. Field Investigator

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Graduation in any Social Science discipline

• Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade

Desirable Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates with a:

• Four-year undergraduate programme

3. Casual Research Staff

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Graduation in any stream

The daily remuneration of INR 2,000 includes remuneration, accommodation charges, food charges, and TA from the field-work budget of the Research Project Head, as stated in the notice.

Experience Required

Casual Research Staff

Candidates will be engaged on a daily basis as and when required during the study period.
