Cogent Business & Management invites submissions for an Article Collection exploring how hybrid and remote work are reshaping management, leadership, employee wellbeing, organizational performance, workplace learning, and digitally mediated working practices.
About the Article Collection
Hybrid and remote work have become established features of contemporary organizations, requiring managers to lead dispersed teams, coordinate work across locations, maintain performance, support employee wellbeing, and foster communication, trust, and collaboration through both digital and in-person practices.
These arrangements also create new challenges involving managerial competence, employee monitoring, work design, digital technologies, social isolation, inclusion, autonomy, work-life boundaries, and organizational culture. The Collection seeks theoretically meaningful and practically relevant research that advances understanding of how management and working life are evolving in increasingly flexible and digitally mediated environments.
