Manuscript Submission Deadline: 18 March 2027

Cogent Business & Management invites submissions for an Article Collection examining how organizations develop strategic resilience, entrepreneurial orientation, agility, and business renewal capabilities in response to uncertainty, disruption, and rapidly changing business environments.

About the Article Collection

Organizations increasingly operate amid technological disruption, climate-related shocks, inflationary pressures, geopolitical uncertainty, and rapid market transformation. Such conditions can challenge management approaches developed for relatively stable environments and increase the importance of adaptability, innovation, organizational learning, and strategic reconfiguration.

This Article Collection seeks research explaining how firms across different industries, sizes, and institutional settings respond to uncertainty. Particular attention is given to how managers interpret environmental turbulence and translate it into renewal strategies involving new business models, digital transformation, partnerships, market repositioning, talent reconfiguration, international expansion, and other forms of strategic adaptation.
