Position Overview

Research Project

Project Title:
“Assessing and Scaling Economic Potential of Underutilized Crops in North East India”

The selected candidate will work under the research project at the College of Agriculture, CAU (Imphal), Kyrdemkulai, Meghalaya.

Essential Qualification

Candidates should have:

• Graduate degree in Agriculture

• M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics / Agricultural Extension / Agri-Business Management

Desirable Experience & Skills

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience in preparing interview schedules

• Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation

• Report-writing experience

• Skills in MS Excel

• Experience using statistical software

• Good communication skills

Salary

INR 37,000 per month + HRA

Nature of Appointment

The SRF position is temporary for a period of 5 months.
