I am conducting a study on “Emotional impacts of AI-Human Collaboration Moderated by Leadership Behavior in the Indian Education Industry.”

This research explores the emotional experiences of Indian education professionals (Professors, Assistance and Associate Professors, Administrative Staffs) when collaborating with Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are investigating how leadership behavior influences feelings like excitement, anxiety, or empowerment in this AI-driven workplace.
