Project Title

Building the Business Case for Gender-Responsive Extension and Advisory Services

About the Opportunity

The Research Fellow will contribute to an IRRI-funded research project focused on gender-responsive extension and advisory services.

The project team is led by Bheemeshwar Reddy A, Associate Professor, Department of Economics and Finance, BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus.

Essential Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• Master’s degree in Economics

Preferred Research Competencies & Technical Expertise

Applicants should preferably demonstrate:

• Strong foundation in applied econometric methods

• Proficiency in statistical software such as Python, R, and/or Stata

• Experience handling and analysing large-scale survey data

• Ability to conduct rigorous secondary data analysis

• Experience implementing causal inference techniques under strict deadlines

• Strong academic writing skills

• Ability to synthesize academic literature

• Experience in policy-oriented analysis will be an advantage

Remuneration

INR 40,000 per month (Consolidated)

Appointment Duration

The Research Fellow position is for a period of:

2 months
