Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Ph.D. in Education

• Prior work experience is not required for candidates holding a Ph.D. in Education.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Education Research

The selected Research Associate will:

• Assess the effectiveness of teaching-learning and associated academic processes.

• Design and conduct structured academic studies.

• Develop appropriate experimental/research designs.

• Undertake systematic data collection.

• Perform data analysis and documentation.

Literature Review

• Continuously review relevant academic literature.

• Track emerging trends and best practices in teaching and learning.

• Make periodic presentations based on research findings and literature reviews.

Research Coordination

• Organize and follow up on periodic review meetings.

• Document meeting outcomes.

• Coordinate with research subjects and study participants.

• Engage with faculty members undertaking pilot projects.

• Collaborate with relevant organizations, publishers and institutions to disseminate study outcomes.

Research Communication

• Document research studies and their outcomes.

• Develop research outputs for journal and conference articles.

• Support communication and dissemination of research findings.

• Manage internal newsletters, magazines and/or websites dedicated to teaching and learning.

Remuneration
