• Academic Background: A Master's degree in a relevant field (Education, Public Policy, Management, Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, or allied areas) with an excellent academic track record.

• Core Competencies: Strong interest in higher education policy, qualitative and quantitative research methods, academic writing, and impact evaluation.

• Skills: Proficiency in data collection and analysis, report writing, literature syntheses, and academic project coordination.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Policy Research & Evaluation: Conduct rigorous research on higher education trends, governance, academic development, and leadership practices.

• Data Management & Analysis: Assist with data gathering, quantitative/qualitative analysis, and institutional impact assessments.

• Publications & Deliverables: Contribute to drafting policy briefs, institutional reports, working papers, and scholarly publications.

• Program Coordination: Provide end-to-end academic and operational support for executive workshops, leadership seminars, and training initiatives hosted by the LEAD Centre.
