Candidate Profile & Eligibility

• Professional Standing: Senior leaders, CXOs, Directors, Policy Advisors, or equivalent distinguished professionals with substantive executive-level leadership experience.

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Higher Education, Engineering, or allied areas). A Ph.D. is desirable but not mandatory where demonstrated domain depth, leadership pedigree, and strategic experience provide equivalent standing.
