Essential Qualification

Applicants should possess an M.Tech. or M.Sc. in one of the following or a related discipline:

The project will use data from sources such as:

• Central Ground Water Board

• Field surveys

• Geophysical observations

• Geospatial datasets

The research will also explore AI-driven approaches to assess the availability and sustainability of groundwater and renewable energy resources for irrigation.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate may be expected to:

• Collect, organise, and analyse groundwater-related data

• Work with geospatial and geophysical datasets

• Support field surveys and research documentation

• Apply GIS and remote-sensing tools

• Contribute to AI-based groundwater assessment models

• Assist in evaluating renewable energy options for irrigation
