Overview of the Opportunity

The Centre for Artificial Intelligence & Data Science Research & Applications (CAInDRA), Anna University, Chennai, invites applications for project-based positions under the CSR-funded project:

“Development of Effective and Trustworthy AI-based tools for diagnosis and prognosis using patient data.”

The recruitment covers:

• 5 Student Intern positions

• 1 Professional Assistant position

• 1 Project Associate position

The project duration is initially 6 months, and the tenure may be extended for another 6 months based on performance.

1. Student Intern – 5 Posts

Eligibility

Applicants must be pursuing either:

UG

• B.E. Computer Science and Engineering

• B.Tech Information Technology

• B.Tech Artificial Intelligence & Data Science

OR

PG

• M.E. Computer Science and Engineering

• M.Tech Information Technology

• M.Tech Artificial Intelligence & Data Science

Remuneration

INR 10,000 per month

Additional Requirement

Applications from Student Intern candidates must be forwarded by the HOD or Dean of the respective Department or Campus.

2. Professional Assistant – 1 Post

Eligibility

Applicants should possess one of the following:

• MCA

• B.E.

• B.Tech

• MBA

• M.Com

Desirable

• Computer knowledge

• Relevant work experience

Remuneration

INR 35,000 per month

3. Project Associate – 1 Post

Eligibility

Applicants should possess:

• B.E.

• B.Tech

• M.E.

• M.Tech

in one of the following areas:

• Computer Science and Engineering

• Information Technology

• Artificial Intelligence & Data Science

Desirable

Relevant work experience.

Remuneration

INR 50,000 per month

Project Focus

The project focuses on developing:

• Artificial Intelligence-based tools

• Trustworthy AI systems

• Diagnostic tools using patient data

• Prognostic tools using patient data

Candidates should highlight skills relevant to the above project in their application.
