Overview of the Role

The Department of Accounting and Information Systems invites applications for two full-time Assistant Professor positions in Information Systems and Business Analytics.

The successful candidates will contribute to the Department’s teaching, research, and service activities, with particular interest in scholars working in database management and business analytics.

Essential Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• A Ph.D. in Information Systems or Information Systems and Business Analytics.

• Degree from an AACSB-accredited university, preferably in North America.

• Evidence of publications.

• Promising research potential.

• Ability to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

Candidates should preferably have:

• Completed the Ph.D. within the last 5 years, preferably within the last 3 years, or

• Be nearing completion of the doctoral degree.

Academic Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

• Teach undergraduate courses.

• Teach graduate courses.

• Maintain an active research agenda.

• Publish scholarly research.

• Contribute to departmental service.

• Participate in the academic life of the School of Business Administration.
